This refund policy applies to all hauling and junk removal services provided by Joe Power Express.
Service-Based Refund Structure
As our services are labor and transportation-based, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a hauling or removal service has been completed, no refund will be issued as the service has been fully rendered.
Dispute Handling
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us at +1 825-736-5242 within 48 hours of service completion. We will review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and work toward a fair resolution.
